Jeff Doyle

Jeff Doyle
Managing Director

With over 35 years experience in the civil construction and building industry Jeff is hands on and project focused. As the business owner he is involved in key stakeholder negotiations and advisory groups within industry, major clients and government bodies. Jeffrey oversees the operations of the Company, ensuring managers are complying with legislative obligations, whilst ensuring suitable and sufficient resources are provided and maintained to achieve the business and project objectives.

Marcello Verzeletti

Marcello Verzeletti
Senior Engineer/Estimator

Marcello has over 13 year’s experience in the civil construction and building industry and 10 year’s experience in project management including intensive quality and environmental management. Marcello specialises in major civil and infrastructure projects and will be responsible for all civil construction, subcontractor and supplier operations. He has completed difficult and complex projects, while at the same time meeting and exceeding the expectations of clients and consultants.

Corporate Manager

Elizabeth is responsible for co-ordinating all office administration requirements, company accounts, employee and management relations and supporting the implementation and monitoring of the Integrated Management System and Workplace Rehabilitation across the Mendi Group. Elizabeth will coordinate liaison with Project Managers and Corporate Services personnel, provide assistance with ongoing tender requirements and oversee contract administration and management.

Natasha Doyle

Natasha Doyle
Operations Manager

Natasha professionally manages for the operations of the Mendi Group to provide timely, effective and appropriate service delivery, business operations, construction and maintenance while ensuring its value, safety and quality are maintained. With over 16 years experience in Logistics and haulage operations, Natasha's role within our haulage operations is integral. Included under her portfolio is the management and co-ordination of our Quarry and crushing operations.

Jason Fowler

HSEQ Co-Ordinator

Reporting to the Director, Jason is responsible for system management and compliance across all Health, Safety and Quality operations for Mendi Constructions. Jason provides knowledgeable and informative communication to stakeholders including external parities regarding all HSEQ requirements. Experienced in internal and external Auditing. Jason is experienced in HSEQ Management with a focus on identifying and elimination all risks. Ensuring compliance with statutory and legislative requirements.

Andrew Reid

QA Engineer

Andrew provides coordination and technical support to ensure projects are completed on time and budget and within the program and project specifications whilst maintaining a heavy focus on quality assurance, project compliance, planning, procurement and subcontractor management.

Brad Groves

Financial Controller

As Financial Controller of the Mendi Group of Companies Brad oversees all functions of accounting and finance operations within the Mendi Group. Assisting the Mendi Project Management team on contract administration matters including progress claims and variations to ensure smooth performance and delivery of contract requirements. With over 25 years as a practicing Accountant his experience in the field enables him to provide concise reporting on project performance and cashflow of the business.

Workshop Manager

Matthew Doyle is the third generation of the Doyle Family to join the Mendi Group. As a fully qualified and experienced diesel fitter Matthew provides the leadership within our team of fitters, technicians and workshop administrators. The day to day running of our workshop is an integral part of our business to ensure all our machinery is maintained effectively and efficiently to avoid delays and maintain production whilst on our project sites.

Odette Hooton

Odette Hooton
Project Manager

Odette has over 17 years’ experience in the civil engineering and building industry. Her ability to manage and deliver on complex infrastructure design and asset management solutions ensures our customer satisfaction. Co-ordination and stakeholder management throughout the various stages of the project means the project is managed efficiently and delivery timelines are met. Other key attributes include project cost management, resource management and compliance. Odette has a strong background in legislative quality compliance ensuring our clients receive a total quality project delivered in a safe and environmentally sensitive manner.
