First commenced in 2007, North Shore is now home to thousands of residents, a shopping centre, an aquatic centre, a school, a medical centre and some of Townsville’s best parkland and playgrounds.
North Shore is one of the nation’s fastest growing communities and will have over 15,000 residents moving in over the next 15 years.
