Mendi is code compliant to both the word and intent of the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry (the Code) and the Australian Government Implementation Guidelines (the Guidelines). In addition, Mendi's Collective Agreement has passed the Workplace Authority's No-Disadvantage test. This agreement establishes minimum standards businesses must meet to perform construction work.
