Mendi has a quality system that ensures business is conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner, whilst fully satisfying the quality needed by its customers. All quality operations are regularly reviewed to reaffirm the system's adequacy and conformance to both client and company requirements.

We realise our greatest asset is the employee and the focus is a team concept, but each member has a different level of talent and ability. The leadership goal is to understand those talents and to challenge each to their fullest potential. The team goal is each employee can assist another to grow in areas of job performance, job education, people skills and equipment use. As a construction contractor, Mendi has demonstrated outstanding performance in the construction of residential, commercial and industrial facilities. Through committed management and the work of highly skilled professionals, Mendi builds facilities that meet the needs and realise the goals of private client, government and insurers. 

Objectives

 It is our objective to:

  •  meet our contractual obligations with a view to achieving client   satisfaction, reputation enhancement and repeat business through the effective application of the Company’s Management System;
  • implement and maintain a Quality System based on AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008;
  • ensure that employees and sub-contractors are trained, skilled, competent, licensed and certified as appropriate for the tasks they are performing;
  •  implement the Quality System to achieve project deliverables on time and within budget;
  • ensure that staff are kept abreast of changes in relevant standards, legislation and industry developments, local government requirements;
  •  audit the Quality System and review our performance and assess feedback from clients, with a view to continual improvement.
 The Directors and Managers are committed to the communication, enthusiastic promotion and implementation of this policy. All staff are encouraged to strive to achieve quality outcomes in accordance with this policy.
